1- Paket Teslim Alındığında Dikkat Edilmesi Gerekenler: Kargo paketini açtığınız andan cihazı çalıştırdığınız ana kadar tek parça halinde video çekmenizi rica ediyoruz. Kargo paketini kameraya doğru etrafını çevirerek, paketlemede herhangi bir yırtık patlak olmadığını göstermeniz gerekmektedir. Hiç bir müşterimizi bu durumla yormak istemezdik fakat kötü niyetli kişilerin sayısı çoğaldığı için bu uygulamayı mecburi tutmak zorunda kaldığımızı üzülerek bildiririz, nedenleri aşağıda yazmaktadır:

A) Neden Bunu İstiyoruz?: Maalesef son zamanlarda sıklaşmakla birlikte bir süredir farklı yerlerden aldıkları arızalı cihazları veya ellerindeki eski kullanılmış arızalı cihazlarını bizden satın aldıklarını iddia ederek iade veya değişim isteyen kişi sayısı çoğalmıştır. Bunların haricinde tüm müşterilerimize cihazları sadece usb şarj kablosu ile usb portu olan cihazlar üzerinden şarj etmelerini istememize rağmen maalesef bazı müşterilerimiz cihazlarını adaptör üzerinden şarj ettiği için cihazlarının pil kısmını yakmaktadır. Devamında cihazın kutudan arızalı çıktığı iddia edilerek iade talep edilmektedir.

B) ÖNEMLİ!: Kargo paketini ister şubeden isterseniz de adresinize getiren kargo çalışanından teslim almadan önce kargo poşetinde yırtık, hasar veya kargo poşetinin üzerinde bant görürseniz o paketi teslim almayıp kargo çalışanına hasar tespit tutanağı tutturarak lütfen bizimle iletişime geçiniz.

C) Orjinallik Sorgulama: Satışa sunduğumuz tüm ürünler orjinaldir ve tüm e sigara cihazlarının markaya göre değişmekle birlikte kutu üzerinde veya kutu içeriğinde orjinallik sorgulaması yapabileceğiniz kontrol kodları bulunmaktadır. Bu orjinallik sorgulama kodlarını da çekeceğiniz video esnasında sorgulamanız gerekmektedir. 2- Nasıl Şarj Edilmelidir?: Elektronik sigara cihazlarını kesinlikle adaptör ile şarj etmeyiniz. Sadece usb kablosu ile usb portu olan cihazlar (Laptop, Akıllı TV, PC, Araç USB girişleri) üzerinden şarj etmeniz gerekmektedir. Adaptörler yüksek amper verdikleri için cihazların piline zarar vermektedir. Bu hem bizim hem de e sigara cihaz üreticisi markaların tavsiyesidir, örnek: Smoktech, Vaporesso, Uwell, Voopoo, Justfog gibi popüler markların sitelerine giriş yaparak kendilerinin de bu öneride bulunduklarını görebilirsiniz.

3- Akıtma, Sızdırma, Sıçratma: Elektronik sigara cihazlarında akıtma, sızdırma, sıçratma yapmayan cihaz yok denecek kadar azdır, kimi cihaz az kimi cihaz çok sızdırır veya sıçratır, bu durum iade kapsamına girmemektedir. Cihazın kategorisine göre bazı cihazlarda kullanım hatası bazı cihazlarda ise yapısı gereği bu durum ortaya çıkmaktadır. C)- Kapalı Kartuş Pod Cihazlar: Bu kategorideki cihazlar akıtmama konusunda en başarılı cihazlardır diyebiliriz. Kartuş sistemi tamamen kapalı sistem olduğundan izolasyon konusunda en başarılı kategori budur fakat kartuşun hava deliklerinden likit sızabilir, %100 yapmaz diyemeyiz kesinlikle.
